- ECOOP main conference takes place on Wednesday – Friday (July 1st to 3rd).
- Co-Located events span across Monday – Tuesday (June 29th to 30st), which includes
- Registration to “ECOOP main conference” includes attendance to ECOOP main conference, ECOOP Academy, conference reception (Wednesday), conference banquet (Thursday), lunches and coffee breaks.
- Registration to “Full Package” includes attendance to ECOOP main conference, ECOOP Academy, co-located events, conference reception (Wednesday), conference banquet (Thursday), lunches and coffee breaks.
- Co-located event registration includes attendance, workshop reception (Monday), lunches and coffee breaks on the registered day(s) of co-located events.
- At least one author per accepted paper or presentation must register to the corresponding conference or co-located event.
- Please provide proof of student status at the registration desk for student registration rate!
- Conference banquet will be on Thursday, July 2nd.
- The workshop reception on Monday is open to every registered participant, regardless of registration category.
- The conference reception on Wednesday is open to participants with an ECOOP main conference or full package registration. Additional accompanying people should buy an Extra Evening Package to attend.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please notify the general chair by e-mail in case of cancellation.
However, participants who are unable to attend may substitute another participant.
Cancellation deadline is May 14th 2026 (AoE). The registration fee will be refunded with a cancellation fee of € 125 applied.
No refund after the cancellation deadline.
